NED Scholars Organize Industrial Visit to Naveena Steel Mills for Practical Industry Exposure. 

NED Scholars organized an industrial visit for 30 engineering students in January 2024 to Naveena Steel Mills (PVT) Limited, a leading name in Pakistan’s steel manufacturing industry. This educational visit provided students with valuable industry exposure and firsthand insights into modern production technologies, manufacturing processes, and operational methodologies used in a top-tier steel facility. 

The main objective of the visit was to enhance practical knowledge by bridging the gap between academic learning and industrial practices. By observing real-time operations at Naveena Steel Mills, the students developed a deeper understanding of how engineering theories and concepts are applied in professional environments. 

This initiative is a key part of NED Scholars’ commitment to experiential learning, enabling students to gain real-world industry experience. These visits are instrumental in preparing scholars for successful future careers by equipping them with the skills and exposure needed to thrive in the engineering sector.
